By accessing or using Atomicator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Atomicator provides AI-powered video generation tools. Users may create, download, and upload videos subject to these terms and available credits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Videos are billed per minute of generated content. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.
You may not use Atomicator to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, hateful, misleading, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating this policy.
You retain rights to the content you create using Atomicator, provided it does not violate third-party rights. We retain rights to our platform, brand, and technology.
Atomicator is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account by contacting support.
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.
One-time credit purchases and video generation orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially consumed (fewer than 1 video generated). Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If a technical failure on our side prevents video generation and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected order, regardless of the 14-day window.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
